UI Redesign

The whole UI was redesigned, almost no element was kept ontouched.

Sidebar
: The biggest change is the new sidebar. It prominently displays the current
Space
, as well the song list. Also the changelog, feedback button and the link to the profile and settings was moved there. It allows to quickly switch between songs or spaces from every page.
Header
: The new header allows to to show and hide the new sidebar, allows to navigate back or to an intermediate page the in navigiational hierachy via the breadcrumbs.
Song Structure
: The song structure is now availlable in a tab view at the song page instead of a right side bar (which has overlayed the editor content at some points)

Bug Fixes

iOS scroll on focus
: When focusing the song editor, the scroll behaviour should is improved and the header should stay visible for better navigation.
Transpose
: Transposing now allows go even beyong -12 (which crashed the application earlier)

Other

Removed sharing of individual songs. Sharing can only be done via the whole space now.
UI components are now more in a coherent design language.
