Stabilized Offline Mode

The app should now be able to give you access to your songs when you are offline.

Fixed
: After a certain amount of time (usually an hour) after the app was last opened, and afterwards the app was opened in offline mode, the app showed a blank page. This should not happen anymore.
When the app is offline, the songs are in readonly mode now and can not be edited.
The app now displays an offline banner in the sidebar / an icon in the navigation bar when the app is ini offline mode.
